Silicon for your joint comfort


This dietary supplement 100% of plant origin contains a bamboo extract, a natural source of silicon that promotes joint comfort.
Nettle is very rich in different acids (formic and acetic), minerals, vitamins and also silicon. It is therefore naturally endowed with strongly remineralising and restorative properties . Nettle is also known to contribute to a clean skin.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily with a large glass of water.
60-day program.

Composition

Ingredients: dry extract of organic tabashir bamboo exudate * (bambusa arundinacea) with 75% silica content; organic nettle leaf powder * (urtica dioica); capsule of vegetable origin. 
 * Ingredient from organic farming.

Dosage for 1 capsule:
  • Organic bamboo extract: 100 mg
    Of which silica: 75 mg (ie 40 mg of silicon).
  • Organic nettle powder - 150 mg

Je pense pas en racheter, sous forme liquide c'est rapidement plus efficace. Faut pas être en phase aigüe, mais sur du moyen terme.
